Drawbacks of the Three-Piece Inflatable Implant (In Full Honesty)

1. The Higher Cost: Starts from $8,500 (compared to $3,500 for the malleable). But it is a one-time cost with a lifetime warranty.

2. It Requires Learning to Use the Pump: The patient needs 2 to 3 days to master squeezing the pump. The majority find it easy after the first training session. Patients with a severely weak hand grip may find it difficult (in which case, Tenacio or the malleable is more suitable).
